Whistleblower Protection Act
As a company, we see it as our duty to ensure that no violations of applicable laws or regulations occur within our organization. Should a violation nevertheless take place—regardless of the manner or form—it is our responsibility to uncover, investigate, and rectify it.
For this reason, we have established an independent reporting office in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act. Through its reporting channels, you can submit information about violations of laws, regulations, or internal guidelines. Reports can be made anonymously or by providing your identity—in all cases, the reporting office is bound by confidentiality and ensures comprehensive protection of data and information.
If you become aware of any instances related to our organization involving:
- Bribery, acceptance of benefits, or corruption
- Fraud or theft
- Assault, extortion, or coercion
- Discrimination or stalking
- Or other violations of applicable law
please do not hesitate to report them to our reporting office. We follow up on every report and investigate the relevant matters.
The reporting office is an anonymous, confidential, and free telephone and online service that enables you to report concerns about misconduct within our organization—anonymously if you wish.
This service is provided by:
